25 November - 10 December
ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN
The #WhatWillYouDo campaign is taking place throughout Scotland as part of the global 16 Days of Activism to challenge violence against women and girls (25 November to 10 December).
Last year, organisations across the Highlands and Islands asked people to share what they would like to see change for women and girls in our rural communities. This year, we are calling on everyone - the public, businesses, and politicians - to be the change.
We believe that everyone has a role to play - whether it's challenging harmful behaviours and attitudes, supporting survivors, or holding perpetrators to account. #WhatWillYouDo to change the story so that violence against women and girls becomes a thing of the past?
Share your #WhatWillYouDo message on social media using the hashtag and encourage others to do the same.
We will also be organising light-up events across the Highlands and Islands to put the spotlight on gender-based violence - see below for event details.
